Throughout my career I’ve worked across the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors, here and in the UK, within marketing and communications, business development, sales, and stakeholder engagement. With a common theme of customer and client centricity combined with experience within a broad mix of environments, my move into recruitment was a natural one.
As a People&co Principal Consultant I specialise in recruiting executive and senior management, specialist and technical roles, which may include international searching to find very particular skills and experience. My portfolio also includes planning, governance, strategy, policy and legal roles too. Never a dull moment! As a consequence I meet a very broad range of people and thoroughly enjoy gaining insights into my clients’ operations, and candidates’ rich experiences. The goal is to find a great match of candidate and client as it really is a two-way street and has to be a good fit for both.
I love meeting and getting to know people and always aim to deliver terrific service to my clients and candidates. My strong and professional work ethic and ability to develop genuine working relationships, is something I’m proud of.
